Hubei Sunpower Water Saving Co Ltd. , a high-tech enterprise of Jiangsu Sunpower Group listed in Singapore, was established in December 2002 and listed on the new third board in March 2016. Securities Code ：835921. In December 2010, Wuhan Sunpower Energy Technology Engineering Co Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and a manufacturing base of Sunpower Air Cooling Industrial Park covering an area of 40000 m2.
We are committed to the research and development and equipment manufacturing of industrial water-saving and energy-saving systems based on air cooling. The main products are water-saving closed air-cooling circulating cooling water system, power station (turbine) direct air-cooling system, process air cooler and flue gas white elimination system. We have the ability of R & D, design, production, installation and commissioning of the above products, and has accumulated rich experience in the design and operation of large-scale industrial water-saving systems, which promote us to be the leading enterprise in the industry in China.
After more than ten years of development, we have developed a water-saving closed air-cooling circulating water system and a dual and semi-closed circulating water system to replace the traditional open cooling water tower system in the field of industrial circulating water saving. Compared with the traditional open cooling tower system, the water-saving closed air-cooling circulating cooling water system saves water by 50% -70% and reduces the discharge of high salinity water by 50% -70%. The closed circulating water system have been applied and achieved good operating results in many projects, such as the 5000 m3/h closed circulating water in Daqing Light Hydrocarbon Plant, 10000 m3/h in New Ao Neimeng Methanol Project, 19000 m3/h in Tongmei Guangfa 600000 tons Methanol Project, three sets of 46000 m3/h in Luan 1.8 million tons Coal-to-Oil Project and Zhongtian Hechuang single set of 45000 m3/h. The relevant technology of the system has obtained a number of national patents, and has won the support of the national and Wuhan Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprises, and won the science and Technology Progress Award of Hubei Province and Wuhan City, also was included in the energy saving recommendation catalogue of Hubei Development and Reform Commission, and was selected into the 2019 national encouraged industrial water-saving technology, technology and equipment catalogue by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and Ministry of Water Resources.
Wuhan Sunpower has pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualification, ASME qualification and air and water treatment engineering design qualification, and has passed ISO9000 quality system, ISO14001 environment system and ISO45001 occupational health system certification, also has the qualification of professional contracting for mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering, and has been recognized as Wuhan Sunpower Air Cooling Energy Saving and Water Saving Technology Research and Development Center of Wuhan Public Service Platform.
